Okay, so how fun was this one! Are you like me and wondered why Tim would make a texture plate with so much open space? And, do you really wonder if he had this technique in mind - or came up with after the fact. Either way - how cool. I have become kind of texture plate crazy and seem to be using them on each and every project somehow these days.
