I have many dear friends who share my love of stamping. However, we all suffer from the same 'condition'. We LOVE our stamping supplies so much - that either we don't use them - you know - we save them for that special occasion - OR even worse - we are so busy or distracted we have stopped creating. There are so many challenges, new products, exciting blogs for inspiration out there....it's time to get started creating. Enjoy the new year everyone!

Week 8 CCC Challenge - Inking Grunge
I rushed home today to finally log on and see what Linda has in store for us in the Tim Holtz Compendium of Curiosities Challenge. This week was Page 39, Inking Grunge. Flowers are my weakness - I just love them, any time of the year. Today I used some of the grunge flowers in the TIm Holtz Nature Grunge Collection. I used Peeled Paint on the tag. Enjoy...

Jane, is full-on fabulous! What a great little garden-on-a-tag you've created. The background is really cool, and the sweet flowers and dragonfly look amazing against that deep green. Great job with the technique! This is a lovely work of art. ♥
ReplyDeleteDarling little flower garden and of course the addition of the dragonfly is perfect! Love it!
ReplyDeleteVery fun "mottled" effect on the tag, especially coupled with the "splattered" flowers and dragonfly!
ReplyDeleteJane, I just love this, the peeled paint actually looks like grass behind the flowers. Wonderful job...
ReplyDeleteA perfect piece - I love the background too.
ReplyDeleteDid you break out the craft iron for that crinckled tag? Looks good.
